John Corridan

John Corridan

Managing Director

John holds a degree in Estate Management from Oxford Brookes University together with an advanced diploma in Planning and Environmental Law from the Honourable Society of King’s Inns. He holds a number of minor awards a certificate in Building Surveying from the RICS. He is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and the Society of Chartered Surveyors of Ireland.

He commenced his career with Esat Digifone in 1999 before founding Charterhouse in 2005 and going on to support all the major Irish telcos, major project management firms and several local authorities on various infrastructure projects in a planning and property capacity.

He specialises in telecoms, roads, utilities and renewable sectors. He works alongside estate management teams, CAD teams, solicitors and surveyors; engineers (civil,  structural, transmission and radio) to fully understand the issues and to provide early intervention on the issue at hand.

John enjoys more activities than the time allows but Friday nights and Saturdays are given over to supporting Munster rugby with Sundays given over to Kerry GAA and the occasional point-to-point meeting.

Pat McKeown

Telecoms Specialist

Pat is a graduate of St Michael’s College, Institute of Technology, Bolton Street and University College Cork.  Pat’s telecoms career started with Eircell was followed by a long-career at Vodafone, where he headed up the site acquisition and estate management department. Today, Pat’s focus is on Estate Management and the development of Network Management Tools with the emphasis on GIS.

Away from work, Rugby is Pat’s main sporting interest. He represented Bective at all levels from under 19’s to the 1XV and back down the junior ranks. After his playing days were over, Pat represented Bective Rangers as a referee to the Association of Referees Leinster Branch IRFU. To prove that there is life after rugby Pat now is an active member of the Dublin Male Voice Choir. He is a high handicapper at golf but can get lucky with an odd shot!

Martin Mulvihill

Agricultural Consultant

Martin qualified in 1995 with a honours degree in Agricultural Science from UCD. He comes from a dairy farm background and runs a sizeable consulting practice in the south west of the country. In his capacity as agricultural consultant, he advises farmers about all aspects of agronomy and all the various agricultural schemes, including REPS schemes, GLAS and Targeted Agricultural Modernisation.

Martin is our consultant agronomist and advises us on the impact of infrastructure schemes on farming businesses. Martin’s main interests outside of work are in community activities and fundraising, he has also been known to run a fast 5k.

Other Consultants

We partner with various engineering, CAD, legal and planning service specialists as needed to support our core activities.
